The training covered key operational areas, including check-in and check-out processes, reservations management, concierge services, room cleaning protocols, laundry management, and maintaining guest room standards. Led by Ms. Hui Qi, a senior lecturer at the Hashoo School of Hospitality Management, the session provided students with invaluable insights into industry best practices. Additional sessions were facilitated by Ms. Mehar, Guest Relations Manager, and Ms. Javeria, Learning and People Development Manager at Pearl Continental Hotel, who shared their expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on experience allowed students to gain practical knowledge of international hospitality standards and better understand the operational challenges of the industry.
