We invite applications for the position of Marketing & Outreach Coordinator at the Directorate of Student Affairs & External Relations. The role will initially be offered on a six-month contract, with the possibility of permanent placement based on satisfactory performance during the contract period.

Key Responsibilities:

• The incumbent shall report to Manager Communications & Outreach.
• The incumbent shall act as a focal person for liaising of all marketing and coordination activities of the assigned BNU school(s) with the Central Directorate by:
  • Building on perpetual market research exercises to identify target audiences, key competitors, and market trends.
  • Collecting all marketable news that covers events, seminars, student, faculty and achievements etc.
  • Working with a team of Graphic designer, Videographer, Digital Media Executive to produce daily content to be supervised and approved by the Communications & Outreach Manager.
  • Developing engaging and shareable content for various marketing channels, including website, social media through engagement of faculty and dedicated academic coordinators in BNU schools. This may include Reels, Status posts, Infographics, Gifs, Animation, vlogs etc to showcase student and alumni achievements, faculty expertise, and campus life.
  • Collecting testimonials and success stories from current students and recent graduates about their experiences at BNU.
  • Developing tailored marketing messages and materials highlighting respective school's unique strengths and academic programs in line with the mission and vision of the institution.
  • Ensuring adherence to Branding Guidelines in all school-related content for publication in all digital and print communications collateral.
• The incumbent shall also participate in outreach endeavors through:
  • Engagement with external stakeholders in coordination with the central directorate, including schools, colleges, and community organizations, to foster relationships and promote respective school’s academic offerings.
  • Participation in outreach events, such as roadshows, information sessions, and campus tours, to engage with prospective students and their families.
• The incumbent shall be required to regularly:
  • Review and analyze data to assess the impact of strategies and identify areas for improvement.
  • Solicit feedback from stakeholders, including prospective students, alumni, and partners, to inform future decision-making.
  • Collaborate closely with faculty members, admissions office, student services, alumni relations, and other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and objectives.
  • Engage with academic departments to highlight faculty expertise, research initiatives, and student achievements in marketing materials and outreach efforts.
  • Address inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to foster positive relationships and encourage advocacy.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Humanities/Social Sciences/Liberal Arts/Management Sciences preferably majoring in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Basic graphic design experience and knowledge of Canva
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Well versed with Social Media handling and content creation for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, Tiktok
• Must be Creative and a Go-Getter
• Detail-oriented, excellent time management skills

Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is looking to hire a competent and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join its Finance Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for a range of financial functions, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance—with a special focus on research, grant, and externally funded projects managed by the university.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in university-wide financial planning, budgeting, and reporting in accordance with institutional policies.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive accounting records for projects and grants.
• Manage the financial aspects of externally funded projects, including budgeting, disbursement, fund utilization, and financial reporting.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of internal and external financial reports, including those for international donors.
• Maintain organized and compliant financial documentation for research and grant-funded projects.
• Monitor project and departmental budgets, conduct variance analysis, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws, donor regulations, and institutional financial policies.
• Liaise with academic and administrative departments to ensure alignment of programmatic and financial reporting.
• Prepare audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to overall Finance Department goals and support cross-functional collaboration within the university.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; preferably ACCA, CA-Inter, CMA, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience, ideally within a university, donor-funded, or nonprofit environment.
• Hands-on experience in project accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Exposure to grant compliance, donor reporting, and externally funded project financials.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
