Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is looking for a dynamic and competent resource as Accounts Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records, reconcile accounts, and process transactions in the ERP system

Photographer / Videographer (1 Opening)

We are seeking a full-time, professional, and creative Photographer/Videographer to join our team at Marketing, Communications, and Special Initiatives. The successful candidate will plan, film, and edit visual content to promote BNU’s brand and showcase academic and campus life.

Responsibilities:

  • Photography, videography, live broadcasting, podcasting, editing, animation, color correction, and sound recording

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze system requirements, identify process gaps, and design scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions.

Assistant Registrar Required

Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is looking for a bright and energetic resource for the role of Assistant Registrar for its Office of Registrar.

Job Summary: The role involves preparing semester schedules, processing merit scholarship applications, maintaining departmental files, and addressing student issues. It also involves developing university policies, developing information documents, and collaborating with software development teams. The role also involves preparing the academic calendar, handling student queries, supervising the issuance of student letters and certificates, assisting in university convocations, and assisting with documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare semester schedule and BNU master timetable at the start of each academic session and make required changes in it from time to time.
  • Help process applications for merit scholarship after following due procedure.
  • Ensure all departmental files are properly maintained and updated.
  • Conduct periodic review and follow up for missing documents in student files.
  • Maintain daily log of student issues and actions taken to resolve them.
  • Oversee maintenance and updating of student files.
