Assistant Registrar - Office of Registrar

Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is looking for a bright and energetic resource for the role of Assistant Registrar for its Office of Registrar.

The role involves preparing semester schedules, processing merit scholarship applications, maintaining departmental files, and addressing student issues. It also involves developing university policies, developing information documents, and collaborating with software development teams. The role also involves preparing the academic calendar, handling student queries, supervising the issuance of student letters and certificates, assisting in university convocations, and assisting with documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare semester schedule and BNU master timetable at the start of each academic session and make required changes in it from time to time.
