Accounts Officer

Beaconhouse National University (BNU) is looking for a dynamic and competent resource for the position of Accounts Officer, reporting to the Manager Finance, Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and review of departmental and university-wide budgets.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  • Process provident fund permanent withdrawals and employee loan cases.
  • Process advance salary payments as per approved policies.
  • Process visiting faculty payments.
  • Prepare monthly payments and oversee all matters related to EOBI and Social Security.
  • Process employee reimbursements.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports related to payroll, expenses, and budgets for management review.
  • Assist in external audits by providing required schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Job Description:

The core responsibilities of Assistant Network Administrator are:

  • To oversee all Network Operation Center services and make sure services are up and available 24/7.
  • Wi-Fi Campus Network Planning & deployment with Cisco, Ruckus, and UBNT technologies.
  • Cisco Routers, IP Routing Operations & Management for Campus WAN & Campus LAN.
