Dr. Fareed ud Din Qureshi, Assistant Professor at BNU, holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior from LUMS. With extensive teaching and corporate training experience, he specializes in leadership, performance management, and workplace diversity. A certified trainer, life coach, and NLP practitioner, he bridges academia and industry through research, mentorship, and practical skill development.
Dr. Fareed ud Din Qureshi is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Management Sciences, School of Management Sciences, Beaconhouse National University (BNU). He holds a PhD in Management Sciences with a specialization in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the Suleman Dawood School of Business (LUMS), alongside an MS in Manufacturing & Management from the University of Manchester, UK, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from UET Lahore. His diverse academic foundation bridges management, engineering, and organizational psychology, allowing him to approach research and teaching with a unique interdisciplinary lens.
With nearly two decades of experience across academia and industry, Dr. Qureshi has taught at leading institutions including LUMS, FAST-NUCES, UCP Business School, and the Institute of Applied Psychology at Punjab University. His teaching expertise spans Organizational Behavior, Leadership, Performance Management, HRM Strategy, and Business Ethics, often integrating experiential learning, case-based pedagogy, and real-world problem-solving simulations. In addition to teaching, he has contributed to curriculum development, academic advising, and mentoring, consistently fostering critical thinking, inclusivity, and innovation among students.
Beyond academia, Dr. Qureshi is a certified trainer, life coach, and NLP practitioner with professional certifications from the Pakistan Institute of Management and Skills Enhancement Academy, UK. He has designed and delivered impactful corporate training programs in leadership development, communication, performance management, and workplace collaboration, bridging theory and practice to create high-performing, resilient organizations. His ability to engage with both corporate and academic audiences reflects his commitment to building strong linkages between industry and academia.
His research focuses on organizational behavior, workplace diversity, and leadership, with publications such as “Navigating diversity: identity perceptions and workplace dynamics” in the Journal of Asia Business Studies. As an academic and practitioner, Dr. Qureshi is deeply committed to advancing knowledge while equipping students and professionals with the skills necessary to thrive in complex organizational environments.
