Dr. Shah Ali Murtaza is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in various multinational firms. Holding a PhD in Management & Organizational Behavior from the University of Debrecen, Hungary, he specializes in organizational development and change management, focusing on employee well-being and workplace vitality.

Bio

Dr. Shah Ali Murtaza is a distinguished academic and seasoned professional with over 16 years of diverse experience across multinational corporations, academia, and the public sector. Currently serving as Assistant Professor at the School of Management Sciences, BNU, he brings a dynamic blend of industry expertise and scholarly insight to the classroom and beyond.

Dr. Murtaza holds a PhD in Management and Organizational Behavior from the University of Debrecen, Hungary, where he graduated with the highest honors—Summa Cum Laude. His academic research delves into key areas such as organizational behavior, employee well-being, vitality at work, workplace burnout, incivility, and corporate social responsibility (CSR). His work has been published in reputed international journals with recognized impact factors, and he has presented at numerous esteemed academic conferences around the globe.

Beyond academia, Dr. Murtaza is a certified Master Trainer and life coach, renowned for his exceptional communication skills and ability to motivate and transform individuals and teams. He has designed and led capacity-building and change management programs for over a thousand professionals across the banking sector, corporate organizations, government departments, and academic institutions throughout Pakistan.

With a strong focus on organizational development and people-centric leadership, Dr. Murtaza continues to contribute meaningfully to research, training, and education, inspiring individuals and institutions to embrace innovation, resilience, and positive change.
