Bio

Ms. Sana Iqbal is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Management Sciences, School of Management Sciences, Beaconhouse National University (BNU), bringing over nine years of experience in academia and research. With a strong commitment to academic excellence, she has been instrumental in cultivating engaging, student-centered learning environments across a range of subjects including management, finance, and entrepreneurship.

Ms. Iqbal holds an MS in Management Sciences with a major in Finance and a BS in Business Administration from COMSATS Institute of Information Technology, where she was awarded the Silver Medal for academic distinction. Her academic journey reflects a consistent dedication to both scholarly and professional development.

She has contributed significantly to the field through publications in internationally reputed journals such as the Journal of Asian Economics and Global Business Review. Her research gained international recognition when it was presented at the Fourth European Research Conference on Microfinance, held at the University of Geneva in June 2015.

In addition to her academic roles, Ms. Iqbal has served as a Research Fellow on various projects under the Beaconhouse Center for Policy and Research (BCPR). She also contributed as a Research Associate on the policy paper titled "Charter of Economy – Agenda for Economic Reforms in Pakistan", published by Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) in 2021.

Her research interests span several critical areas including microfinance, corporate governance, corporate social responsibility, and sustainable consumption. Passionate about fostering critical thinking and innovation, she continues to contribute to the academic community through impactful research and dedicated mentorship.
