This year's edition, the largest to date, showcased 142 thesis projects across four undergraduate programs: BFA Visual Arts, BDes Visual Communication Design, BDes Textile, Fashion & Accessories Design, and BA (Hons) Interdisciplinary Expanded Design & Art. The sprawling gallery floors came alive with a breathtaking curation of 142 distinct creative voices, representing the graduating cohorts across four rigorous undergraduate disciplines. Visitors navigated a rich tapestry of thought-provoking installations, intricate textiles, evocative paintings, and highly polished visual communication strategies.
This monumental scale not only highlighted the expansive capacity of MDSVAD but also demonstrated a profound leap in the conceptual rigor and execution of contemporary student work. Adding a sophisticated academic layer to the visual spectacle, the week also marked the official launch of the IEDA Journal, Volume II. This publication serves as a critical milestone for the BA (Hons) Interdisciplinary Expanded Design & Art program, effectively bridging the gap between studio practice and scholarly discourse.

The show received extensive coverage from the digital media, with features by Hello! Pakistan, Diva Magazine, and Niche Lifestyle.
Alongside that of numerous independent bloggers and content creators, the media frenzy further extended the reach of this year's showcase far beyond the university's walls, spotlighting MDSVAD as the epicenter of Pakistan's burgeoning contemporary art movement. The week-long creative marathon culminated in a deeply emotional and warm appreciation ceremony led by the visionary Dean of MDSVAD, Professor Rashid Rana.
