The School of Management Sciences at BNU hosted an engaging SMS Talks session titled “Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship,” featuring Dr. Raja Irfan Sabir, an expert in New Product Development, Blue Ocean Strategy, Design Thinking, Customer Analytics, and a seasoned Researcher, Corporate Trainer, Startup Mentor, and Consultant. His diverse academic and industry experience enriched the learning experience for students.
During the session, Dr. Sabir explored the growing landscape of innovation-driven social ventures, outlining how creative ideation, strategic thinking, and human-centered design enable entrepreneurs to address real-world challenges while building sustainable models. Students gained insight into how social innovation can shape markets and communities.
The talk emphasized problem-solving, opportunity recognition, and sustainable value creation as essential drivers of modern entrepreneurship.
