His session emphasized the role of effective people management in sustaining operational success.

Ms. Mehak Imtiaz, Guest Relations Manager at Pearl-Continental Hotel Lahore, highlighted the importance of personalized guest experiences, attention to detail, and Rooms Division operations in maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
