The agreement establishes a framework for joint academic and policy initiatives, encouraging collaboration in research, dialogue, knowledge exchange, and institutional engagement. Through this partnership, both institutions aim to create opportunities for students, faculty, and researchers to contribute to meaningful discussions on contemporary regional and global issues.
