In another remarkable achievement for Beaconhouse National University, Ms. Werdah Munib has been shortlisted for the Times Higher Education Awards Asia 2026 under the “Research Project of the Year (Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences)” category. She stands among Asia’s top eight finalists, selected from hundreds of institutional entries across the region.
Ms. Werdah Munib, Assistant Professor at the School of Media and Mass Communication, spearheaded a highly collaborative research initiative that brought together diverse academic disciplines from across BNU. The project benefited from the creative and intellectual contributions of several students, including Moied Rashid Butt (MS Advertising & PR), Ahmed Ali (TFA), Fizza Nazir Chaudhry (BBA), and Amir Ali (Loom Technician, TFA). Their participation reflects the university’s emphasis on experiential learning and the integration of theory with practical, real-world outputs.
