Bio

Ms. Werdah Munib is an Assistant Professor at the School of Media and Mass Communication at Beaconhouse National University (BNU), Lahore. She is a seasoned academic with over a decade of experience in Media and Communication, specializing in Media and Information Literacy, Community Media, Environmental Journalism, and Digital Citizenship. Known for her innovative pedagogy and community-focused approach, she bridges theory and practice through curriculum design, applied research, and experiential learning initiatives.

Werdah is committed to fostering inclusive and transformative learning environments that promote critical thinking, creativity, and civic responsibility. Her work actively integrates cross-sector collaborations, aligning academic knowledge with community needs and advancing sustainable, socially responsive media practices.
