Dr. Fareed ud din Qureshi is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management Sciences at Beaconhouse National University (BNU), Lahore, and serves as Adjunct Faculty at the Seeta Majeed School of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences. He is a doctoral-qualified academic and certified corporate trainer with nearly two decades of multifaceted experience spanning management sciences, engineering education, and executive professional development.
Dr. Qureshi holds a PhD in Organizational Behavior and Strategy from the AACSB-accredited Suleman Dawood School of Business at Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), an MS in Manufacturing and Management from The University of Manchester, UK, and a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology (UET), Lahore. His academic focus centres on organizational behaviour, leadership dynamics, human resource management, workplace diversity, and digital transformation in HR.
Known for a student-centred pedagogy and an ability to bridge complex academic theories with corporate realities, Dr. Qureshi has taught at top-tier institutions across Pakistan, including LUMS, FAST-NUCES, NUST, CUST, and the University of the Punjab. In addition to his academic roles, he is a certified master trainer and executive coach with over eight years of experience delivering high-impact corporate programs in leadership, personal effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for leading national and multinational organizations.
