Students from the BS Hospitality Management program at Beaconhouse National University (BNU) successfully completed an intensive one-day training on Front Office Operations and Housekeeping Management on December 4, 2024. The training, held at Pearl Continental Hotel Lahore, was conducted in collaboration with the Hashoo School of Hospitality Management.
The training covered key operational areas, including check-in and check-out processes, reservations management, concierge services, room cleaning protocols, laundry management, and maintaining guest room standards. Led by Ms. Hui Qi, a senior lecturer at the Hashoo School of Hospitality Management, the session provided students with invaluable insights into industry best practices. Additional sessions were facilitated by Ms. Mehar, Guest Relations Manager, and Ms. Javeria, Learning and People Development Manager at Pearl Continental Hotel, who shared their expertise in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on experience allowed students to gain practical knowledge of international hospitality standards and better understand the operational challenges of the industry. The session emphasized the importance of technical skills and real-world applications, preparing participants for successful careers in the dynamic field of hospitality management. The collaboration between BNU and the Hashoo School of Hospitality Management reflects a shared commitment to providing students with industry exposure and skill development opportunities.
