The BNU Centre for Policy Research (BCPR), in collaboration with FES-Pakistan, organized a thought-provoking seminar on National Inclusion, Empathy, and Social Cohesion under the theme Unity in Diversity. The event delved into diverse topics, including ethnicity, religion, arts, and culture, tracing their historical significance and exploring contemporary challenges.
A distinguished panel featuring Peer Shafat Rasool, Mr. Isphanyar Bhandara, Mr. Hassaan Taussef, and Mr. Parshnat Singh discussed critical problem areas and proposed actionable solutions. Mr. Felix Kolbitz, in his remarks, elaborated on the Unity in Diversity project’s vision, underscoring its importance in fostering national cohesion. The seminar also marked the announcement of the Unity in Diversity course, set to launch in the upcoming fall semester. This initiative reflects BCPR’s dedication to promoting inclusivity and cultivating empathy through education, dialogue, and community engagement.
