MPhil Education Leadership and Management (ELM) students from BNU embarked on a study tour to a local private school. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to connect academic learning with real-world classroom environments through data-informed observation and analysis.
During the visit, the students conducted classroom observations and presented their findings using evidence-based approaches. Their analyses focused on teaching strategies, student engagement, and classroom management, sparking insightful conversations with school faculty about effective educational practices. This experiential learning activity strengthened the students’ ability to critically assess teaching environments and promote reflective practice. It also reinforced BNU’s commitment to preparing future educational leaders through hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences.
