On September 13, 2024, the School of Education at BNU welcomed Mr. Aubrey Curran, an esteemed educational consultant from Australia, to deliver a guest lecture on "Learning Culture in Educational Institutions." With 25 years of experience across multiple countries, including Holland and Japan, Mr. Curran shared valuable insights on enhancing educational environments.
During his presentation, Mr. Curran emphasized the importance of fostering an inclusive atmosphere where both 'believers' and 'resistors' are guided toward shared objectives. He outlined a leadership framework designed to boost morale and effectiveness within institutions, highlighting the critical role of collaboration in achieving educational success. Mr. Curran's talk also covered strategies for identifying and managing power dynamics, utilizing conflict constructively, and promoting inclusivity.
