Dr. Shazia Humayun, Head of SE-Trainings-EDx and Assistant Professor in the ELM Program at Beaconhouse National University, conducted a full-day professional development training titled “AFL: Making Learning Personal and Powerful.” The interactive session focused on enhancing assessment practices to support meaningful student learning.
The training introduced participants to the core principles of Assessment for Learning (AFL), emphasizing its role in personalizing instruction and empowering students. Through hands-on activities and reflective discussions, Dr. Humayun guided educators in designing feedback-rich learning environments that promote student ownership and continuous improvement.
