Professional Development (PD) heads from The City School and Beaconhouse School System joined SE faculty and leadership to explore collaborative opportunities. They presented their institutional coaching models, previously examined by MPhil Education Leadership and Management (ELM) students, and engaged in critical discussion and feedback.
The symposium fostered a rich exchange of ideas, highlighting the value of research-informed practice and inter-institutional collaboration. It reflected BNU’s ongoing commitment to enhancing educational leadership through dialogue, reflection, and applied learning.
