The CEO Summit, “Building Capacity - Embracing Change,” organized by the School of Education-EDx at Beaconhouse National University, marked a significant milestone in fostering educational leadership within Punjab’s public sector. Held from December 30, 2024, to January 3, 2025, the event brought together CEOs of Government Schools of Education from all 36 districts of Punjab.
The five-day summit provided a robust platform for engagement on public sector policies, governance, and leadership strategies. Participants explored best practices in policy implementation and decision-making while undergoing comprehensive empowerment training to enhance strategic planning capabilities. The summit concluded with a ceremony graced by Minister Rana Sikander Hayat Khan and Secretary Khalid Nazir Wattoo, underscoring BNU’s dedication to advancing educational excellence. The event commenced with an inspiring welcome ceremony featuring impactful addresses by Vice Chancellor Dr. Moeed Yusuf and Dean of the School of Education Dr. Amra Raza, emphasizing innovation and leadership in education. Moderated by Assistant Professor Ms. Naureen Zaman, the session set the tone for a transformative week of discussions and learning.
