June 26 marks the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking, a global call to action against the devastating impact of drug abuse on individuals and communities. To observe this important day, Beaconhouse National University is organizing an Awareness Walk to promote a united stand for a healthier, drug-free future.
The walk will take place on Thursday, June 26, 2025, beginning at 11:30 AM sharp, with the route set from Sartaj Aziz Block to SLASS. Students, faculty, and staff are encouraged to participate and lend their voices to this important cause. This initiative underscores BNU’s ongoing commitment to fostering a safe and supportive environment on campus. The Awareness Walk aims to educate the university community, challenge stigma, and reinforce the message that prevention and collective responsibility are key to meaningful change. Through events like these, BNU continues to champion awareness, advocacy, and action on critical social issues impacting youth and society at large.
