The Climate Finance Policy Briefs, launched under the leadership of Assistant Professor Dr. Jamshed Ali,
provide strategic guidance on sustainable finance instruments including green bonds, blended finance models,
and ESG-aligned investment pathways. The launch event brought together thought leaders from JS Bank, the
Ministry of Climate Change, and academia, positioning BNU as an intellectual anchor in addressing Pakistan’s
climate finance gap. This effort aligns with BNU’s academic mission to produce evidence-based solutions for
climate adaptation, sustainable development, and fiscal resilience.
