IP Conducts Workshop on Autism Featuring Alumna Rabia Waqar Khan

The Institute of Psychology at Beaconhouse National University (BNU) hosted a highly engaging and impactful online workshop titled "Thriving with Autism: Managing Anxiety and Building Life Skills". The session was led by BNU’s esteemed alumna and former faculty member, Ms. Rabia Waqar Khan, who joined us virtually from the UK.

Ms. Rabia, a UK-based expert in clinical and counseling psychology with over eight years of professional experience, delivered an insightful and interactive session. The workshop provided participants—including parents, caregivers, and professionals—with effective strategies to manage anxiety and enhance functional life skills in individuals with autism. The session received enthusiastic participation and positive feedback from attendees, who praised the practical tools and actionable insights shared during the workshop.
