Ruheel has showcased solo exhibitions across Pakistan, the UK, Germany, Dubai, India, and the USA. His art has also appeared at major platforms including the Young Moscow Biennale, Colombo Art Biennale, Lahore Biennale, Karachi Biennale, Cairo Documenta, Darmstadt Museum, Kaladham Museum, Wip Konsthall, Museo Diocesano Carlo Maria Martini, and Art Dubai.
