His contributions to the art world have earned him significant recognition. In 2015, he won the Young Emerging Artist Prize at the Lahore Literary Festival. A year later, he became the first Pakistani artist to win the prestigious Jameel Art Prize 4 from the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.
Beyond his artistic practice, Ghulam Mohammad has served as a jury member for esteemed art competitions. He was a judge at the Bahrain Annual Fine Art Exhibition in 2017 and a jury member for Jameel Art Prize 5 at the Victoria and Albert Museum in 2018.
Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in the Fine Arts Department at Beaconhouse National University, Lahore, where he continues to inspire and mentor emerging artists.
