Beaconhouse National University (BNU)

A series of events were hosted at BNU. The first event included a Keynote Address by Prof. Dr. Rafia Rafique (President, Pakistan Psychological Association and Director, Institute of Applied Psychology, University of Punjab, Lahore) titled "From Likes to Loneliness: Is Social Media Hurting Your Mental Health”. Dr. Rafique delivered an insightful address on the growing influence of social media in our lives. Dr. Rafique's address left the audience with a deeper understanding of the potential harms on their mental health due to social media and how to safeguard from them.
