Faculty Members Enhance Teaching Excellence Through PHEC Development Program Two esteemed faculty members, Ms. Bismah Tayyab and Ms. Khadeja Tahir, recently participated in a comprehensive three-day development program organized by the Punjab Higher Education Commission (PHEC). The program, designed to advance teaching excellence, focused on equipping educators with effective strategies for higher education instruction and professional development. During the intensive training module, participants engaged in interactive sessions and workshops aimed at enhancing their pedagogical skills and fostering innovative teaching methodologies. Ms. Tayyab and Ms. Tahir embraced the opportunity to deepen their understanding of contemporary teaching practices, gaining valuable insights to enrich their educational practices at Beaconhouse National University (BNU).
