CEO Summit: Day 5 - Emotional Intelligence and Stakeholder Engagement

The final day of the CEO Summit, “Building Capacity - Embracing Change,” focused on advanced management systems, emotional intelligence, and fostering stakeholder relationships. The sessions offered strategic insights into leadership, stress management, and optimizing educational environments for long-term success.

The day began with Dr. Shazia Humayun, Assistant Professor and Head of EDx, leading sessions on administrative and project management frameworks as well as strategic training and planning. These sessions provided participants with actionable strategies to align institutional goals with sustainable growth. Ms. Raheela Zafar, Principal of International School Lahore, followed with a session on stress management, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence, emphasizing their importance in effective decision-making and leadership. Ms. Ada Jaffery, a Strategic Consultant, concluded the learning sessions with a focus on space and facility management, highlighting how optimized physical environments enhance learning outcomes. The summit culminated in a formal closing ceremony, where Minister Rana Sikander Hayat Khan, Secretary Khalid Nazir Wattoo, and Vice Chancellor Dr. Moeed Yousaf presented certificates to participants. The evening’s cultural entertainment, including a captivating qawali night, provided a fitting end to an impactful week of learning and collaboration.
