BNU organized Job Fair and Alumni Homecoming
Beaconhouse National University hosted a Job Fair at Tarogil Campus. 28 organizations from diverse sectors of the industry (including Textile and Apparel, Advertising & PR, Furniture Manufacturing, Game-design, IT & Tech. firms, NGOs, Banks and Real-estate) took part in the Job Fair.
All companies showed keen interest in graduates from across all schools, departments and disciplines of BNU regardless of the sector of the industry. They set up their recruitment camps in the Main Lawn of the campus and were able to receive CVs, hold interviews and give counsel and advice to BNU students and graduates.
“To get to meet such a vast range of employers at one place was a wonderful learning experience. It was good to discuss the dynamics of the job market with the people from the biggest companies out there.” said Ghalib, a final year student from the School of Information Technology.
After the conclusion of the Job Fair an Alumni Homecoming was also held in which the distinguished alumni of the university took part who enjoyed the evening with a Qawali Performance by Ashfaq Ali Khan followed by performances from BNU Music Society and DJ Nauman Asad.
