Co Creative Connections 5 by UMISAA scholar Koshal Hamal

A graduate of UMISAA (UNESCO Madanjeet Singh Institute for South Asian Arts) at Mariam Dawood School of Visual Arts and Design (SVAD), Mr. Koshal Hamal has recently been associated with the Cycle of Performances of the (in)ternational project Co Creative Connections 5, with the title: ‘Public Art - the object artist vs subject creativity, theory and praxis.’ The project - curated by Filipe Garcia and co curated by Koshal Hamal – opened at the Taragaon Museum and Center for Arts and Culture, on January 30, 2018.

Born in Nepal, Koshal Hamal completed his MA in Art and Design from Beaconhouse National University on a South Asia Foundation Scholarship in 2014. He has exhibited his work in Lahore, New York, Washington D.C, Delhi and Portugal.
